Repair/Maintenance Considerations

 

Does my child have tech support available for his/her school-issued Chromebook?

All school-issued Chromebooks will be maintained or replaced by Hackley for the duration of the student’s high school years, regardless of financial aid status.

 

Is there any maintenance support provided by Hackley for personally-owned devices?

Our support would be limited to assisting the student with his/her connection to the Hackley wireless network. Any repairs or replacements needed for personally-owned devices would be the full responsibility of the family.
