Hundreds of wild parrots are thriving in this Brazilian city

The blue and gold macaws left their home because of lack of water and wildfires. The parrots left and went to Campo Grande and the people love the macaws. The people will put back the macaws that have fallen out of their trees. The local residents will build roofs over the macaws’ homes so they don’t get wet when it rains. It is a law that the people can not cut down any trees that parrots live in. I hope to read more about parrots.

This article is interesting to me because I care about animals and it is fascinating that the parrots have lived in the city for 20 years. Everyone should be aware of the animals in our surroundings because we do not want to cause any harm to the animals. We should not cut down any more trees that animals live in because it is not our home, it is their home. Scientists can try to figure out different ways to make paper without cutting down trees. This article has inspired me to think about animals in a different way.
